Wind Surfing

As strong and typically sustained winds descend upon Sangat during the months of December through March, the windsurfing craze regains its popularity in and around Palawan Province in general, and Calamines Island Group in particular.

With the huge blue carpet of Coron Bay as your playground, you'll have plenty of room for hours of windsurfing fun. More adventurous and skilled surfers may also enjoy tacking the entire circumference of Sangat – at your own risk of course!

If you're leisure schedule includes windsurfing our coastal waters, feel free to leave your own gear at home: we will be happy to rent you one of our two well-maintained wind surfing rigs for a full day of strenuous – yet satisfying – enjoyment.
